- We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. We do not deliver to PO boxes or BFPO addresses.
- For orders to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Europe and the Rest of the World – please contact our sales team direct for accurate shipping costs and delivery time.
- We use Royal Mail or next-day couriers for delivery, depending on the size and weight of your order.
- We aim to dispatch your order within 7-10 working days of receiving it, subject to stock availability and payment confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Delivery typically takes 1-2 working days.

Returns Policy
At J & G Coughtrie Lighting, we take pride in our products and our customer service. That’s why we offer a generous returns policy for all our lighting fixtures. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.
Well, maybe one question: why would you ever want to part with such a splendid piece of British craftsmanship? Our lights are built to last, energy efficient, and timeless in style. They are suitable for any environment, from marine settings to public houses. They are also fully waterproof, corrosion-resistant, and certified for extreme environments.
So unless you accidentally dropped your light into a volcano, we doubt you’ll have any issues with it. But if you do, rest assured that we are here to help.
Just contact our friendly customer service team at info@coughtrie.com or call us on 0141 882 3262 and they will guide you through the returns process. Please note that you will need to provide proof of purchase and the original packaging.
We also ask that you return the product in its original condition, without any modifications or alterations. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product is damaged or tampered with. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days.
