Thank you for choosing J & G Coughtrie Lighting, the experts in lighting for over 80 years. We are proud to offer you high-quality, durable and timeless products that are made in the UK and certified for extreme environments. Here is our delivery policy for your convenience:
- We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. We do not deliver to PO boxes or BFPO addresses.
- For orders to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Europe and the Rest of the World – please contact our sales team direct for accurate shipping costs and delivery time.
- We use Royal Mail or next-day couriers for delivery, depending on the size and weight of your order.
- We aim to dispatch your order within 7-10 working days of receiving it, subject to stock availability and payment confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Delivery typically takes 1-2 working days.

Returns Policy
At J&G Coughtrie all our lights are made to order to your specific requirements. To that end, we do not accept returns unless your product arrives faulty or damaged.
If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact our customer service team at sales@jgcoughtrie.com or call us on +44 (0) 141 882 3262, WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt and they will guide you through the returns process to remedy any issues.
Please note, you will need to provide proof of purchase, and the product should be returned in its original condition without any modifications or alterations and in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if you have damaged or tampered with the product, or you contact us later than 14 days after receipt of your product.
